"My congratulations... It was a privilege to read your poems, and I feel the wiser for it."

G.K. Nelson

"You have an enviable gift of expressing complex emotions in unexpected ways. Often, when I’m reading your work, I find myself wishing I’d written it."

Sharon Hogan

"Personal, revelatory, honest... I read the whole collection in a single sitting, caught and carried by the honesty and humility and tenderness and humour."

Who is DUGGAN?

Autism is overlooked and misunderstood . It is a difference, not a disorder.

To highlight those differences - and not to distract from them - the poet DUGGAN does not claim any gender, nationality or race.

DUGGAN'S poems are written from the perspectives of  autistic

women and men; the young and the old, and the differently abled.
